The Minister of Transport, Hon. Joseph Bukari Nikpe, has called for a renewed focus on human capital amidst technological advancements in air traffic management.

He made the call during the 64th annual International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers Association Conference at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on the theme, “Recruitment and Training: The Flight Plan for Our Future”. 

Hon. Joseph Bukari Nikpe received an award of recognition at the opening of the conference.
