FINAL YEAR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION STUDENTS OF UPSA VISIT THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT


Final Year Business Administration Students of UPSA visit the Ministry of Transport.

Management and staff of the Ministry of Transport engaged some final year students of the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA)today, November 26, 2019, in Accra.

The purpose of the visit was to enable the students to familiarise themselves with the work of the Ministry as part of their preparation for the job market after completing their course.

The students were taken through the Ministry's Mission and vision and it's role in line with the government's quest for the development of the country as Transport hub in West-Africa.

Deputy Director Finance and Administration, Mr. Dela Kemevor led discussions on the  Ministry's role as regards the Road Transport and Maritime and inland waterways sub-sectors.

Mr. Emmanuel Num, Director of Finance and Administration also briefed the students on the mandate of the various agencies under the ministry.

The engagement provided an avenue that enabled the students to understand the work of the Ministry whilst making inquiries on issues that needed clarification.
